[ka-Map-users] Data Transformation for PGRouting

Can anybody help me with creating data for the routing application of pgrouting?

I don't have ArcInfo and Grass to edit the data.
I've been trying to use pgdijkstra to create my source and target id and cost
but I still get an error from the query provided in sample (routinj).
It keeps saying that "start vertex not found"

Please help me create my data?
