[ka-Map-users] Adding International character support for layer

i read some words in wiki (

which tell me how to add International character support for layer.  but i
don't know how to modify.

i only add metadata  as step 1, and modify kamap.js as step 2.

i don't know how to modify step3,and 4, without 3 and 4 , the kamap just
break. so i change back and wait for some help.

can anyone tell me how to modify in detail?

or just share you modified wmsLayer.js, "init.php".and kaLegend.js
