[ka-Map-users] config.php file

I downloaded the latest ka-map source file at:

http://ka-map.maptools.org/dl/ka-map-1.0-20070205.tar.gz

I did not fine the config.php file in htdocs. Does the current version 
of ka-map no longer use this file? If so what does it us instead?
