[ka-Map-users] config.php file

Jim,
config.php has never been under htdocs dir (or maybe only a long time ago).
there's an include dir with a config.dist.php to be edited and renamed 
under config.php.
I've seen the documentation was wrong on this point and I've updated it:
http://ka-map.ominiverdi.org/wiki/index.php/Preparing_ka-Map#ka-Map_Configuration_Files

that part of the documentation has been done by Tyler Mitchell for 
version 0.1 and things changed a bit since that version.
if you see other points that are not correct please let us know.
