[ka-Map-users] XMLOverlay update

Hello, all
I am unable to locate overlib.js which is required by kaXMLOverlay.js (new).
but my side it's running without error  but I think not able run the all
feature like mouse hover
and when I click on the overlay point on the map toolTip appear and goes off
soon.
   Can you please help me in this regard.
