[ka-Map-users] XMLOverlay update

overlib.js is required only for a minor functionality. I'ts not distributed
with kaMap but you can download it from http://www.bosrup.com/web/overlib/
Tooltips and mouse hover for the moment are not yet implemented (just ideas
and small tests).
