[ka-Map-users] Trouble Printing

I don't have the same behavior. It's strange to me.
I've checked the online demo but seems to work fine:

can you try it, please?

I've tried to switch on and of some layer and try to see if they are 
printed or not.
it worked fine to me
but maybe I'm missing something
