[ka-Map-users] International character support for, groupnames

Hi Roman,

I'm assuming that the data you want to show are in shapefiles and the 
data manipulation tool you use is ArcGIS :-P , this might help:

Even if your operating system is in the native language, ArcGIS would 
not recognize the localized character set by default... I learnt it the 
hard way :(
