Hola, quizas acierto con lo del idioma sino nadie me entenderá... jeje.
Podrias revisar varios archivos como el config.php que debe estar bien
configurado, revisar la version del PHPMapsrcript...
$szPHPMapScriptModule = 'php_mapscript_46.'.PHP_SHLIB_SUFFIX;
$szPHPGDModule = 'php_gd2.'.PHP_SHLIB_SUFFIX;
Tambien fijate si se estan generando los archivos del kacache en el servidor
y si el browser cliente esta colocando en sus temporales lo que solicita.

Pero si aun mantiene el problema, te recomiendo instalar el FGS Linux
Installer:
