[ka-Map-users] refresh tile cache for specific region

Hi,

Is there any simple way to refresh the tile cache for a small
geographic region, as opposed to re-making the cache for the entire
zoom level ?

I have made some small changes in a single region, and would like to
re-make only the affected tiles.
