[ka-Map-users] Circle with one mile radius

I want to make a circle on a map with a one mile radius, but I don't know of
anyways to do that with ka-map without going through symbol sizes and
eye-balling it to see if it looks just about right with every scale. Is
there a way in ka-map to do this more accurately? Also, does ka-map read the
projection info you set in the map file?
