[ka-Map-users] Draw the outline of a polygon selection

Hello, this email is write in English and Spanish version:
 
I would like obtain my polygon selection with a diferent color or outline. 
I can do it in mapserver:
 
# Mapa para mostrar búsquedas:
QUERYMAP 
SIZE 500 500
STATUS ON
STYLE HILITE
COLOR 232 0 59
END
 
And I can do it with pmapper with the button select, it draw a blue outline in the info polygon selection.
 
Really it doesn´t redraw the jpg send by pmapper, I think that it is floating with a blue outline in the country. 
 
Is posible do it with KAMAP? Or php-mapscript, ...  ¿¿??

Me gustaría saber si se puede pintar el borde o el polígono pulsado al hacer una consulta de información.
 
Yo puedo hacer esto con mapserver:

Tambien puedo hacerlo con pmapper ya que al pulsar el botón select, se pinta el polígono seleccionado para hacer la consulta de información con un borde azul.
Realmente no se redibuja el jpg enviado por pmapper, sino que aparece como flotando el borde del pais en color azul.
 
¿Es posible hacer esto con KAMAP, PHP-Mapscript o algo así?
