[ka-Map-users] WMS-Layer displaying from Greenwich (0 deegree) eastwards only

ok, I solved the limitation problem in 1. Seems that the data had to be cached first.

I am still looking for a solution for problem no. 2: delimiting the panning range from 
-180 to 180 deegrees and -90 to 90 respectively.
