[ka-Map-users] Caching for changes in a Layer ??

Hello all !

Is there a way to generate cache for few parcels
in a single layer? I get an updated parcel layer very
often atleast twice in a week. Therefore looking for
some way to cache only the parcels that have changed
rather than caching for the whole? Is there any such
way to do so? Also i cant make it dynamic as it effects
the download speed of the maps.
