[ka-Map-users] Mapserver Hosting

Hello friends, I'm looking for a plan for hosting a ka-map application, the extra needs I have are: 
the tsearch2 module in PostgreSql with spanish support 
 
I am someone you can recommend a supplier? 
 
I am new to this, so it is not better, rent a dedicated server and install all the software myself, or rent a hosting plan with MapServer included
