My mapserver has got the version 5.2 in kamap. 
C:\ms4w\Apache\cgi-bin>mapserv -vMapServer version 5.2.0 OUTPUT=GIF OUTPUT=PNG OUTPUT=JPEG OUTPUT=WBMP OUTPUT=PDF OUTPUT=SWF OUTPUT=SVG SUPPORTS=PROJ SUPPORTS=AGG SUPPORTS=FREETYPE SUPPORTS=ICONV SUPPORTS=FRIBIDI SUPPORTS=WMS_SERVER SUPPORTS=WMS_CLIENT SUPPORTS=WFS_SERVERSUPPORTS=WFS_CLIENT SUPPORTS=WCS_SERVER SUPPORTS=SOS_SERVER SUPPORTS=FASTCGI SUPPORTS=THREADS SUPPORTS=GEOS SUPPORTS=RGBA_PNG INPUT=JPEG INPUT=POSTGIS INPUT=OGR INPUT=GDAL INPUT=SHAPEFILE
And I saw in:
http://mapserver.org/ogc/wms_server.html#wms-server
WMS 1.3.0 SupportMapServer 5.4 adds support for WMS 1.3.0. Although the general mechanism in Mapserver to support this new specification are the same, there are some notable upgrades.
WMS 1.3.0 service is only supported for Mapserver 5.4.
How can I change my mapserver version in kamap?
