Legend is in the object browser but not displayed into the map view.

I opened the tutorial.map.  The legend object appears in the object browser.  I
selected the legend object and the object properties view is updated with the
legend object properties.  The properties are as below.  The legend object is
not displayed into the map view.

RedHat 7.2, Netscape 7.02
MapLab3 from cvs 14/10/2003, chameleon from cvs: 16/10/2003
