When adding a maxscale or a minscale to the class feature of a layer, it 
automatically aplies the same scale to all the classes of features of all 
layers, and whem adding a maxscale or a minscale to a layer, it aplies to all 
layers.  this is not suposo to occur, does`nt it?.
