[maplab-users] Permission Denied error

William,

It looks like there might be a problem with your configuration file.  When
you first start MapLab go to the "Configuration" toolbar and click the "Open
XML configuration tool" button.  You will need to configure all the
parameters found here as per your installation.

For more information on configuring MapLab refer to the "Configure MapLab"
section of the "INSTALL-WINDOWS.TXT" file that came with your download.
