[maplab-users] Error when adding layer

I downloaded MapLab release candidiate 3 last night.  When I go to add a
layer to a .map file I get the following error listed in the menu item on
the left.

Warning: Empty Delimiter in
E:\maplab-beta6\htdocs\mapedit\treeview.phtml
on line 112

MapLab won't let me enter any data to create a new layer at this point.
I've never had this error while using any of the other release candidates.
Has anyone else had this problem with RC3?
