[maplab-users] Installation blues :-(

Tim, you are missing the PROJ.4 libraries.  You will need to get PROJ 
and recompile your mapscript with --with-proj

You can get PROJ from http://www.remotesensing.org/proj/

You should be able to find related compilation instructions on the 
mapserver site, but the redhat wiki might do the trick:
