If I am right, version 3.6.2 of the mapserver wasn't an official 
release of the MapServer but necessary for MapLab. You can download 
this newest version from the server of DM Solutions:

http://www2.dmsolutions.on.ca/mapserver/dl/mapserver-3.6.2.tar.gz
