[maplab-users] displaying raster file types in dialog box

I'm not sure if I have a filter turned on or something.  When I go to add
layers to a .map file and I use the dialog box to add layers, the window
that opens and displays filenames only displays vector datasets (.shp files
for me).  Even if I type a TIFF or ECW filename into this box in the
Filename text box and click OK, the name isn't put in the text box in the
mapedit application.  Is this normal?  If it is, can we get raster datatypes
to display in this "Open existing file" child window.
