[maplab-users] Question about MapBrowser and mapserv.exe

I have set up a WMS test for MapBrowser.  Unfortunately it's on an Intranet
so I can't show examples.  I have set up a .map file that works as a WMS
request, I have tested the GetMap and GetCapabilites requests using the
syntax:

http://<myurl>/cgi-bin/mapserv.exe?map=wms.map&version=1.1.0&request=<reques
ttype>

This test works.  I want to know if there's anything I have to do to use
this .map file/these layers in MapBrowser calling them from another
computer.  Whenever I try to define the server I get the vague error message
"Errors occurred".  Do I have to do anything special to make a mapserv.exe
layer available to MapBrowser?
