At DM Solutions, we typically set > this up to be /tmp/ms_tmp/ with an alias for /tmp/ in the apache I'm not sure what you use in MapLab, but all our servers and other apps use /ms_tmp/ as the alias in Apache, so I suspect a small typo here.
