[maplab-users] couple more items

1) FYI, I have set everything I can to say I want maplab to generate 
GIF images, but the SCALE image seems to be always generated as a PNG

I think it should use the default defined in the map object.

2) I defined 4 layers for different oceans and gave them all GROUP 
"Oceans", but on the legend, I have 4 entries. How do I get just one 
for the group?
