Hi Kurt,

Can you take a look at your php.ini and seach for "session.save_path" 
parameter ? What is the value ? It should be a directory. Is this 
directory exist. I fyou don't have this parameter defined please define 
it in "[session]" section.

Let me know if it solved your problem or not.
