[maplab-users] setting maplab

Hi KaGi,

The URL http://localhost/maplab/htdocs/index.phtml should display the 
opening maplab page, and when you see the source code like that it 
usually means that IIS needs to be configured to execute php/phtml 
pages.  If you already have IIS accepting php extensions, do the same 
for the phtml extension (in your Internet Service Manager).

I'm not sure about your first problem, the CGI error.
