Yes, this mapfile works in gmapfactory. But if layer, which uses
TAB-file is on, gmfactory or browser window shows nothing. If this layer
is disabled, map works fine.
Btw, this question is allready addressed on the mapserver-users list,
and the answer is :

Hi,
As far as I know mapserver does not support georeference in mapinfo TAB
format. OGR (gdal) supports mapinfo vector files. You sould convert your
TAB to tfw file. See raster howto.
