[maplab-users] help needed

Maplab 2.1 only works with Mapserver 4.0 and up. If you want to use 
Mapserver 3.6.6, you need Maplab 2.0, which is still available. As a 
convenience for upgrading users, Maplab 2.1 can convert a maplab 3.6.x  
map file to the 4.0 format.
