Paul,

Something to do with path construction ...

The symptom I was having was that I would go into maplab, then mapedit, then
select "Open File", then browse to a map file, then click "open" ...

Here, the top left corner would go bad and say "no input file was specified"
(The CGI PHP error).

This would occur because the URL looked for would be
http://host.com./action.phtml?... Note the "./" notation where a full path
should've appeared.

I tried to try track it down, but had no luck and was in a hurry to get it
working ...

I still have 4.3.0 lying ready to use, so let me know if I can help with
testing ...
