What is the error you are getting currently ? Is it that
php_mapscript_36.dll coul not be loaded ? Sopmetimes this happens when
related dll's that are necessary to mapscript are not found. To make
sure of that you could use a depndency check program
(http://www.dependencywalker.com/) to easily test that. If not please
send what is the exact problem/error you are getting.

What is the error you are getting currently ? Is it that php_mapscript_36.dll
