Actually the multiple slashes aren't the problem. Check to see if your http owner (e.g. apache) has write permission to /var/www/maplab. It sounds like it doesn't. I couldn't find a solution in the archives. I'm using Maplab 2.0-dev2003728 with MapServer 3.6. I have everything installed and can use the tutorial with no problems. When I try to create a map, I get the following error: 'Can't create file name (/var/www/maplab////test.map" Obviously, the problem is the "////" in the file path. How do I fix this? Thank you.
