[maplab-users] problem with ShapePath file dialog

I was starting a new Mapfile and came across an issue with the ShapePath
file dialog box.  I'm writing some instructions for people in my office to
use MapLab and I was going through the basic steps needed to create a valid
Mapfile.  I was adding the ShapePath variable by using the dialog box.  When
I navigated to the proper location and clicked OK the value that appeared in
the text box was parsed incorrectly.  The first letter of the first folder
name was missing.

If the ShapePath location should be ../docs/data it appears in the text box
as ../ocs/data.  This happens for every path that I navigated to using the
file dialog in Netscape 7.02 and IE 6.0 on a Windows 2000 server with
PHP4.3.1 and IIS 5.0.
