[maplab-users] Maplab new installation

I just installed maplab on an externally hosted site.  After the initial configuration, when i select the new map in mapedit i get a fatal error: undefined function preg_match() in line 275 of Browser.php.  I have my suspiscions, but what does it mean exactly?
