[maplab-users] zoom to fixed extent

Hello list,
I have a somewhat simple task, but I'm getting stumped.  I'm trying to 
zoom to a specific extent, selected from a drop down box.
I want to be able to select a county name from the list, and have the map 
zoom to that county.
I've been trying to following the GMAP example (since that has a similar 
function using provinces), but I'm not sure if I'm getting the code in the 
right places.
Any suggestions for simplifying this task?
