[maplab-users] gis-knoppix configuration issue

Bob,

It looks like this is an issue with the mapscript module as built in
gis-knoppix. Have you asked for information on the mailing list
associated with that project?

An alternative way of using maplab on linux is to add it to an fgs
installation. See http://www.maptools.org/fgs/
