[Mapserver-ottawa] recent postings

Hi everyone,

We've had a few postings lately that are specific to the technology 
instead of issues specific to the Ottawa MapServer User Group. As a 
result, I've now added a filter to the mailing list so that I can 
intercept these requests and ask the sender to redirect to the 
appropriate mailing list (usually the general umn mapserver mailing list)

Sorry for the extra mail in the past week - we shouldn't have any 
further problem.
