[Mapserver-users] WMS test mapfile and Test server would be appreciated

Nicolas,

You can now also use the "CONFIG" parameter in your mapfile to set the 
location of your epsg files (see 
http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/doc/mapfile-reference.html#map).  This was 
recently added.
