[Mapserver-west] Proposed: pizza night meetup in Vancouver

Wow Steven, I hope you can make it without having to bank up "pay-back" time 
for your marriage :)  If Boston Pizza is too loud - let me know, we can find 
a Pizza Hut, I'm sure.  It's a bit more friendly for those of us in the 
"under 2 year old" category.  We'll have to buy a nice dessert for your wife, 
to thank her for letting you come!
