You are correct. The Ortho layer in the first link is a little outdated and
slow. The links lower down in the page will be the replacements in the next
few months.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but your last link in the list appears to fill in a
few gaps that are in the TRIMOrthomosaic layer that is available through the
first link?
