[Mapserver-west] Introduction

Tyler asked me to do introduce myself, so:

Paul Ramsey, President of Refractions Research (http:// 
www.refractions.net) (RRI), promoter of open source spatial tools and  
technique.  RRI  is behind such yummy goodness as PostGIS (http:// 
postgis.refractions.net) and uDig (http://udig.refractions.net) as  
well as the PostGIS support in Mapserver.  I think that spatial SQL  
is perhaps the most powerful GIS tool that nobody knows about, but I  
hope that will change!
