[Mapserver-west] mapserver wms problem

Hello all,

I am just setting up a page that will use mapserver as a WMS server to
serve images over a google map.  I got the page to work using mapserver
installed on my own computer.  Now that I have ported it to a host, and
it doesn't work.  I keep getting this error when i test the WMS mapfile:
loadHashTable(): Premature End-of-File.

With the exception of the "wms_onlineresource" and the IMAGEPATH the
mapfile is exactly the same as the one that i am using on my own
computer.   I cannot figure out what has gone wrong.
