[Mobile GIS] Where to put BOF minutes?

Hi All,

I'd like to put Mobile BOF minutes online.
Where should I put it?
On the OSGeo wiki or somewhere on the mobile.maptools.org ?

I have only 1st part of minutes. The second one was created by Tim
Bowden. Tim is on the road for next 2-3 weeks, so I assume he won't be
able to publish it before he is back home.
