[ms4w-users] Not valid GML GetFeatures

First of all, this type of question would be better addressed at the
mapserver-users list.

But FYI, this bug was fixed, but has not been yet released as Mapserver
release version:

http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=1408

So not much you can do right now, wait for a Mapserver 4.6.1 release or
compile your own.
