[ms4w-users] Will PostGIS work with the latest MS4W installer?

Hi Stephen,

Well that file would still work with the latest MS4W, however since the 
official PostgreSQL installer for windows came out this pgsql75win file 
is no longer recommended (see this message by the original creator 
http://lists.maptools.org/pipermail/ms4w-users/2005-August/000278.html). 
  As Mark mentions in this message, you should use the official 
PostgreSQL installer (from http://www.postgresql.org/), and as he 
mentions on his page http://www.webbased.co.uk/mca/, either use the 
postgis install that comes with the postgresql installer, or download a 
separate postgis win32 installer from his page.

I have updated the MS4W downloads page with this information, and have 
removed the old 'pgsql75win_ms4w.zip' file.
