[ms4w-users] Error: Entry for SDE instance not found in services file.

Hello All,

When I try to add an SDE layer to a mapfile, I get the following
error message:

Entry for SDE instance not found in services file.

I've checked the windows\system32\drivers\etc\services file for
the esri_sde entry. It's available and has an empty line after it.

I can connect to SDE without any problems using the GDAL tools like
ogr2ogr

I'm using MS4W 1.5.5.

Did anybody else experience similar problems?
