[ms4w-users] pmapper 1.2.0 MS4W package

Dear Jeff and all the guys here,
download at http://www.megaupload.com/?d=6GYELN3O the "p.mapper 1.2.0 MS4W
pack" that I developed (as usual unpack it to the root and restart apache)
I added a detailed quick guide "how to make a project in 10 steps", some
other tips and warnings for MS4W users, and an uninstaller.
Everything should be all-right now! (I tested it on ms4w 1.5.0 - 1.5.4 - 2.0
and win xp)
