It sounds like an oracle10g libmap.dll build problem, and not your
fault. checking into it. Until this is solved, if you need an Oracle
connection you will have to use MS4W 1.5.3
(http://www.maptools.org/dl/ms4w/ms4w_1.5.3.zip), sorry.
