[ms4w-users] Upgrading MS4W

I want to upgrade from MS4W 1.3 to 2.0 and I can't seem to figure out how to
rename the old MS4W folder.  I stopped IIS services and even deleted all the
virtual directories pointing to the MS4W folder, but it still says that the
folder is in use when I try to rename it.

What am I missing?
